Orchard Lee is a single storey, wide-verandahed country bungalow, south facing, with wide views over fields to downs and forest in the West Wight Countryside but near to beaches and the nature reserve at Newtown. Large tiled living rooms with French doors open onto a verandah with a barbecue in the garden. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, two more bedrooms share a bathroom/wetroom. There is ample parking, to the rear and level with the house.
