Wolverton Folk and Blues Fair

After a sell-out successful launch in 2011, Wolverton Manor, Shorwell will once again provide the stunning backdrop to this exciting Island event. A family friendly event , it will include tented cafes, serving an interesting variety of freshly cooked local produce. With an IW real ale beer tent, BBQ, Tea tent serving cream teas & cakes plus children’s activities, and even a Zumba workshop, Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair looks set to be a celebration of all that’s good about our Island’s local food & music talent.

Walk The Wight 2012

From humble beginnings in 1991, Walk the Wight is now regarded as the largest annual fund-raising event on the Island. Every year, thousands of walkers journey from one end of the Island to the other in aid of the Earl Mountbatten Hospice. JP Morgan Fleming Round the Island Yacht Race 2012
