Nestling beneath Tennyson Down, not far from the magnificent cliffs towering above 'Frenchman's Hole', Frenchman's Cove has splendid country and Solent views.

Ideally located among many interesting and varied walks

For the active visitor we are ideally located among many interesting and varied walks, cycle trails and outdoor pursuits such as riding, tennis, golf, surfing and paragliding. Ideal also for ornithological breaks, we are close to the River Yar along who's banks many varied and often rare species of birds can be seen.

We provide secure overnight storage for your equipment, cycles and motor cycles.

Established reputation for good food

We have established a reputation for good food. Offering a traditional English or light continental breakfast. Try our recipe for Millennium Flap Jacks!

In the evenings you can enjoy refreshments in our cosy lounge where we have a log fire when its chilly, or relax in our comfortable television Lounge.

Families especially welcome

Families are especially welcome to enjoy the happy atmosphere of our delightful guest house. There are lots of things for children to do in our secluded acre of grounds. We have two family suites with two bedrooms, one double and one twin and their own bathroom. Extra beds and cots can be provided.

The spacious bedrooms, some of which are on the ground floor, are each furnished with individual charm and have delightful rural aspects or sea views. All rooms are provided with televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, and are en-suite.

Sorry - We are No Smoking accommodation and do not accept pets.
