This character property has over the years been lovingly renovated to create a beautiful three bedroom house. The BoatHouse is located right on the beach in what the islanders keep as one of their best hidden secrets, Steephill Cove. The Cove is known by locals for its beauty and tranquility with no road access and not a "kiss me quick hat" in sight, it truly is a magical place and it's no wonder that people fall in love with it and return year after year.

The delightful décor is natural wood which compliments the beach side location of the house.

The BoatHouse has three bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, (one with spa bath), large kitchen with all mod cons and dining area, lounge with panoramic sea views, a large conservatory and balcony* and of course the beach right outside the front door.

This property with it's spectacular position is truly a one off. It is the perfect place for a relaxed beach front holiday with family or friends.

3 bedrooms, 1 double (sea views)  2 twin. 2 bathrooms.
Living room (panoramic sea views), large kitchen/dining room,
dressing room, conservatory*, open wooden deck balcony*, own garage, buckets and spades,
high chair, baby gate, radio, TV, DVD and films, all bedding, (please bring waterproofs for small children), dishwasher, American fridge freezer, range cooker, microwave, heating and everything else needed for the perfect holiday.

*Please be so kind as to note, that the conservatory and balcony are available to use up to 11.30am and from 4.30pm onwards due to the seafood restaurant in June, July, August and first 2 weeks in September. Full use at other times of year.
